New Life to provide Open Access

New Life to provide Open Access

August 3, 2017

Randolph, Ma – New Life Counselling and Wellness Center is excited to announce the arrival of Open Access beginning August 15th. The new service will allow those who want help right away to receive it, without waiting for an appointment.

New Life is committed to providing medically necessary behavioral healthcare to their patients through Open Access to behavioral health services. Open Access is being implemented in an effort to engage the client, provide recovery and implement person-centered treatment, and same-day access to services. Open Access works on a first come, first served, walk-in basis; individuals who arrive 1 hour prior to the end of Open Access will be able to be seen by a clinician. Experienced, professional staff will be providing same day assessments and individualized action plans every Tuesday from 2-5pm effective August 15th.

“The leadership of New Life is excited to bring same day access to our clients. Our goal is to make the process easier for our population and open access does just that. We are improving our behavioral health delivery system by making the services people need accessible to them when they need it” said Dr. Paula Duvelson-Chrysostome, owner and CEO of New Life Counseling.
