Youth & Family Support SpecialistList Item 1
With general direction from the Clinical Supervisor, the Youth & Family Support Specialist
(YFSS) works closely with the Master’s Level Home-Based Clinician in providing clinical
treatment, support, assistance, and case management to children, youths and families at risk and/or
with a history of psychiatric or substance abuse disorder.
The YFSS provides clinical services to clients and coordination support to the agency. Children, youth, and families will be self-referred or referred for services by DCF, DMH, state agencies, schools or other providers.

Home-Based ClinicianList Item 2
With general direction from the Clinical Supervisor,
The Masters Level Home-Based Clinician provides clinical treatment, support, assistance, and case management to children, youths and families at risk and/or with a history of psychiatric or substance abuse disorder. The Home-Based Clinician provides clinical services to clients and coordination support to the agency.
Children, youth, and families will be self-referred or referred for services by DCF, DMH, state agencies,
schools or other providers.

Outpatient ClinicianList Item 3
With general direction from the Clinical Supervisor, the Outpatient Clinician provides short-term
and long-term psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups with a
wide range of issues and diagnoses.
The Outpatient Clinician provides clinical services to clients
including diagnostic evaluations, assessments and goal-oriented treatment plans. Clients will be
self-referred or referred for services by DCF, DMH, state agencies, schools or other providers.

FSS Clinical SupervisorList Item 4
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Director, the FSS Clinical Supervisor will manage, supervise and mentor multidisciplinary professional and support staff both individually and as a group.
This position will ensure compliance with all clinical services in conjunction with the Family Stabilization & Support Services (FSS) program management and programmatic specifications. The FSS Supervisor will have a working knowledge of all programs covered.

Clinical Supervisor/OP
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Director, the OP Clinical Supervisor will manage, supervise and mentor multidisciplinary professional and support staff both individually and as a group.
This position will ensure compliance with all clinical services in conjunction with Outpatient Therapy
(OP) program management and programmatic specifications. The OP Clinical Supervisor will have an
in-depth knowledge of all OP programs.

Billing Specialist
The Billing Specialist under the supervision of the Manager of Accounting will be responsible for
executing the billing functions of the agency

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide diagnostic medication assessments and ongoing medication management services to individuals and children with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities and will provide consultation to our Staff in an outpatient setting.
